  • La Roche Posay | US Open 2024 - Team Lead

    Directed all product distribution, replenishment, and coordination with executives, brand ambassadors, agency reps, and warehouse runners. Managed two mobile carts, Amex Lounge staffing, and a dermatology booth featuring the Visia skin analysis machine. Achieved over 500,000 sample distributions and more than 10,000 skin scans during the tournament, ensuring brand visibility and seamless guest engagement across the entire activation.

  • Private Annual Holiday Party - Producer

    Full setup and coordination for a private annual holiday gathering for an events industry professional in a community yoga space. Managed everything from tree installation to bar setup to branded product displays, working across multiple rental vendors for a seamless guest experience. Also completed floral arrangements and set up lighting. Full load-in and load-out coordination for a guest count of 150+. This role included managing coat-check, door staff, janitorial, and F&B.

  • BDay Party for Renowned Journalist - Producer

    Produced an intimate, high-profile birthday celebration with personalized guest engagement elements. Especially entrusted with acquisition and delivery of all beverage for the night. Designed and installed a custom-adorned mirror using playing cards to encourage selfies and create keepsakes for guests to take home. Coordinated with bartenders, door staff, even a palm reader, to deliver a seamless experience from set-up to final toast.

  • Luxury Brand Openings and Popups

    Seasoned captain in the events world, I have led teams and produced grand openings/experiential activations for Hermès, Louis Vuitton, Dior, Aritzia, Boucheron, and Prada. Directed FOH/BOH operations, vendor load-in/load-out, and brand presentation to align with luxury service standards.

The Process

  • We start by understanding the brand’s goals, the guest journey, and any non-negotiables. This includes site visits, stakeholder interviews, and alignment on creative direction.

  • I translate the concept into a run-of-show, staffing plan, vendor matrix, and logistical schedule. I coordinate with production managers to ensure the scope fits the event’s budget and timeline.

  • Oversee vendor load-ins, floor setup, and equipment installation. Conduct rehearsals, safety walk-throughs, and technical checks to ensure everything is show-ready

  • Lead day-of operations from guest arrival to load-out. Afterward, I compile key learnings, vendor feedback, and performance metrics for continuous improvement.
